Q: I'm having trouble viewing a Tegrity lecture.
I'm having trouble viewing a Tegrity lecture.

A: We have found that some of our older Tegrity courses don’t work with the newest version of Java (7.0). If it’s possible, we recommend reverting back to Java 6.0 to be able to see the video. We are working on a better solution to this in the future and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
