I'm having trouble viewing a Tegrity lecture.
A:
We have found that some of our older Tegrity courses don’t work with the newest version of Java (7.0). If it’s possible, we recommend reverting back to Java 6.0 to be able to see the video. We are working on a better solution to this in the future and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our courses use either Real Player or Windows Media Player. Real Player does not come pre-installed on computers but it can be downloaded free at http://www.real.com

When I launch a course, it says "Loading" but never does. How do I fix this?
A:
This is an issue with Java. To fix it you will need to un-install whatever Java you currently have on your computer. Then go to http://www.java.com/en and download the newest version of Java and install it on your computer. Restart your computer then try accessing the course again. We know that some people do not have privileges to install software on their computer. You will need to contact your IT department to do this.

I took a course through TRAIN but I don’t see my certificate in my transcript.
A:
All certificates of completion are located on our site as opposed to the TRAIN site. To get your certificate you will first need to log into TRAIN, click on My Learning and then click on the course title. Once it transfers you to our site, you will click on Transcripts on the left hand side. From this page you will be able to print or download your certificate.
